Assessment & Implementation

Your Tribal Leadership Toolkit

Tribal leadership Fast Track™

At Illuminated Pathways we offer a variety of paths to help you change your culture. We also offer an accelerated “crash course” we call Fast Track. It’s a six-month immersion in change for your company or tribe within your company.

Fast Track will help take a Stage 3 company to Stage 4. It will deconstruct existing inhibitors to success in your organization. It will challenge, energize, and transform you and everyone who chooses to engage the process.

And it will be exhilarating.

Speedometer with needle racing through the words Revolution, Change, Shake it Up, Status Quo and Stagnation

360 Assessment for Senior Management

The 360 Assessment starts with a face to face meeting to discuss the 360 process. You decide who you want to be on the team that gives you feedback, then recruit these colleagues to participate. As part of our orientation meeting, we give you a Development Planner to help you digest and interpret your feedback and think about its implications.

Leadership Agility

Every year, new technologies, markets, and competitors emerge at ever-increasing pace. As change accelerates, so do uncertainty and novelty. Threats and opportunities are harder to predict, and emerging challenges increasingly include novel elements.

Successful companies will be those that become “agile” companies- organizations that anticipate and respond to rapidly changing conditions by leveraging highly effective internal and external relationships. Those companies will be led by agile leaders who consciously continue to develop and grow their leadership skills.

Agility Methodology

Agile methodology is an approach to project management, initially used in software development. Although its roots are in the technical world, most agile principles can be adapted to non-IT projects. It helps teams respond to unpredictability through incremental, iterative work segments, known as sprints.

Agile methodology provides multiple opportunities to assess the direction of a project throughout its lifecycle. This is achieved through regular segments of work – sprints — where teams present a defined measurable increment of work.
